At GeminiOmni, we want AI video generation purchases to be clear and fair. This refund policy explains how subscription and credit refunds are handled.
GeminiOmni.tv is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google, Gemini, or Google DeepMind.
Subscription Refunds
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a subscription refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 3 days of your initial purchase
- Have used 20 credits or fewer during the subscription period
- Submit your refund request through our official support channel
Processing Fees
An 8% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction and refund processing costs.
Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by support for an exceptional case. We recommend starting with a smaller package if you are unsure about usage.
Subscription Plan Changes
If you request a change from an annual subscription to a monthly plan:
- One month of subscription fees plus applicable processing fees may be deducted
- The remaining eligible balance may be refunded to your original payment method
- Approved refunds typically process within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Credit purchases
- Subscription time that has already passed
- Processing fees and transaction charges
- Subscriptions beyond the 3-day refund window
- Subscriptions where more than 20 credits have been used

- Include your account email, order or transaction ID, and refund reason
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
